This boy’s classmates laughed at him for his bad singing, until they realized WHY was he singing!!!

This video is based on a true story that happened in Thailand. There was a boy who would play his guitar anywhere he went. He would practice and sing at school, on the streets, on bus stations. His classmates were laughing at him and teasing him. The boy wasn’t a good performer by no means, but that’s why he’s been practicing so much. No one knew the reason behind his singing, until one day two boys from school saw the boy performing on the street. The boy was performing and going through all that torture to please someone. You never know what someone is going through until you step in his shoes. Enjoy this story and don’t forget to share it with your friends.

Thailand Life Insurance had released this video as the advertisement that makes people think about the situation if them or their loved ones get sick. The video raises so many issues: love and care, compassion, altruism, cancer awareness and bullying. Bullying is a major issue in our schools and on playgrounds. It leads to terrible consequences and life-long scars. The 2010–2011 School Crime Supplement (National Center for Education Statistics and Bureau of Justice Statistics) indicates that, in the US 28% of students in grades 6–12 experienced bullying. The 2013 Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System indicates that, 20% of students in the US in grades 9–12 experienced bullying. It is just in the US, the country that raises awareness and has multiple anti-bullying campaigns that involve celebrities. It is estimated that between 15 and 25 children commit suicide every year in the UK alone, because they are tired of being bullied. In some cases kids after being bullied frequently grow up to be violent, even turn into serial killers, or come back to their school loaded with guns, and then the massacre takes place. It is our responsibility as parents to teach our kids that bullying is wrong.
