This fawn was raised by the dog. These moments might inspire the next Disney movie.

This incredible story happened on Vancouver Island, Canada. Pippin, a helpless baby fawn was lost by her mother on the property of Isobel Springett. Isobel’s dog, Great Dane, named Kate, adopted Pippin immediately and they have been best friends ever since. I am a big believer that animals do have feelings and do have have souls. But I have never seen a deer smiling like Pippin does when playing with Kate. Their loving relationship is charmingly chronicled in a beautiful picture book “Kate And Pippin an unlikely lovestory”. This warm and touching video will bright up any day, so if you are in a bad mood, we highly recommend you to watch it. And don’t forget to share this joyful story with your friends. Spread the positivity!

How adorable are these two? A mother’s love is instinctual, unconditional, and forever. It doesn’t know shape, color, even kind. It is the strongest love there is. Kate’s owner, Isobel, is a professional photographer and equestrian. Martin is Isobel’s brother, an author/illustrator/musician who has won numerous awards for his picture book illustrations. He was the one, who wrote the story of Kate and Pippin for their book. How lucky these two got, to have such a great story literally come to their back yard! And we are glad that these talented people are able to share this beautiful usual relationship between two creatures, who have nothing in common but love. Pippin and Kate have also appeared on Animal Planet’s “AMERCA’S CUTEST DOG”. Unfortunately, Kate passed away this year, but she left a beautiful story behind that will live long and will be spread all over the world. Rest in peace, dear furry friend.
