These Elephants Were Caught Doing THIS Every Time It Rains. They Made My Day!!!

This herd of elephants is the jolliest of them all. They live in Save Elephant Foundation’s Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand and enjoy the simplest of things. You have no idea how much joy brings them the rain! I would never imagine that elephants can act this way. These giants from the video remind me of playful puppies. Their positive energy is so contagious, you simply can’t hold back a smile. All these elephants have been rescued and rehabilitated. The foundation does it’s best to increase elephants population, to educate people about proper training and to raise awareness to issues facing the Asian elephant. Enjoy this beautiful video that goes perfectly with the song “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” and don’t forget to click “SHARE”.

Save Elephant Foundation has been formed by an incredible woman, Sangduen “Lek” Chailert. Her passion for elephants began when her grandfather, received a baby elephant as payment for healing a man. Lek would spend a lot of time with her friend which resulted in her life’s path. She dedicate her life to advocating for the rights and welfare of the Asian elephants in Thailand, where these animals are used on streets by beggars, in hospitality for entertainment and are terribly mistreated. A lot of animals go through constant beating and submission. Lek’s hard work has been recognized and her voice has been heard. Several documentaries have been produced by National Geographic, Discovery, Animal Planet and the BBC about the foundation. Lek has also won many honorary awards: she was named one of Time Magazine’s Heroes of Asia for her work in conservation in 2005 and the Ford Foundation’s “Hero of the Planet” in 2001. Hillary Clinton invited Lek to Washington, DC in 2010 to honor her as one of six Women Heroes of Global Conservation. If you want to make a donation for the elephants, please, see the website below.
